Love Is In the Air In Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg.

Berlin Graffiti And Street Art.

Someone in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg is deeply in love and he or she wants the world to know about it! Over the past week, bright red stencilled hearts have begun appearing everywhere from a sidewalk along Greifswalder Straße, to a little door on Immanuelkirchstraße and finally on the wall of the kino (movie theater) on Am Friedrichshain.

I adore street art in general and make it point to search it out whether I am at home in Berlin or travelling abroad. But I especially love having this cute series of hearts showing up in random places around my kiez (neighborhood). It makes me happy to see someone painting his or her happiness across the urban terrain and I can’t wait to discover more in the coming days!
